[SNEC] Video tapes from Oct. meeting

I will volunteer to pick out highlights.
One or two hours?
Stuart, how much can your server handle?
Can digitizing be done easily?
What kind of hardware and software? I am thinking that if I could digitize
it on this end, we won't loose too much resolution.
